ETA Star’s residential project, The Centrium is getting ready for delivery by the mid 2010.

Located at the heart of International Media Production zone, Emirates road, The Centrium construction has been progressing rapidly. External plaster work and the 2nd floor civil work are almost complete in all these 4 towers and soft landscaping work shall begin by the end of December.

MEP work is also close to completion. Ceramic tile and joinery work are under progress. Aluminum doors and windows are being fixed and shall be ready by the 10th January. Basement to first floor painting work is also under progress. External painting work will begin soon.

The model apartment of Centrium will be ready in one month’s time and customers can view the apartment with prior appointment.

The Centrium will have spacious balconies and terraces open up to expansive greens within the 4 towers. ETA Star opens Display Centre for The Palladium

ETA Star has opened a Display Centre at its Hamarain Office for The Palladium apartments. The Display Centre is exhibiting samples of interior finishes and fittings for home owner’s review and confirmation.

The Display Centre is open from 18th January 7th February 2006 Saturday through Wednesday (3pm -7pm) and on Thursdays (9am- 1pm). The facility could be inspected by the Palladium apartment owners with prior appointment.

The response to the Display Centre has been encouraging and the visitors have expressed sheer delight in the efforts taken to exhibit sample interiors and for giving the home owner a choice on the fittings and fixtures for the homes. ETA Star has plans to display similar interior options for all other properties.

ETA Star launches AED 1.2 billion Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and The Grandeur Residences

ETA Star launched the AED 1.2 billion Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and The Grandeur Residences, located at the Palm Jumeirah Crescent.

The projects are being launched in partnership with the world-renowned Taj Group of Hotels. The ground breaking ceremony, marking the commencement of construction for the project, was held today at the Palm Jumeirah Crescent and was attended by dignitaries who included Ratan Tata, Chairman, Tata Group and Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman, Nakheel.

ETA Star participates in Arabian Travel Market

ETA Star will be participating in the Arabian Travel Market to be held in Dubai from May 2-5, 2006, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. ETA is planning to promote the services of its hotel management company, ETA Star Hospitality, while also showcasing its recently launched AED 1.2 billion Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and The Grandeur Residences, located at the Palm Jumeirah Crescent.

Construction commences for The Liberty House

ETA STAR is pleased to announce the commencement of construction of the prestigious property development “The Liberty House” located at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

New Dubai Law welcomed by Property Investors

The revolutionary law paves way for non-UAE nationals to own properties in designated areas of Dubai Emirate and register their ownership with the Dubai Lands and Properties Department. The new Dubai law announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, re-confirms the visionary approach of Dubai government.

The law is of substantial nature and said to be followed by a number of new procedural bylaws that will identify the freehold areas the non-nationals could own, determine the registration fees and related procedures. The law has appointed Dubai Lands and Properties Department as a regulatory authority for all properties in the Emirate.

Once the procedurals are set in place, the law will bring the needed stability to real estate industry and help in its organized growth. The legalization of the private property ownership rights will be an enormous boost to trust and credibility of Dubai as an investment destination.

The new property law is a welcome delight and marks the dawn of a new era to the thriving Dubai property Market. It is a boon to international buyers considering property purchases in Dubai as a safe and viable investment.

Star Giga Establishment launches Goldcrest Dreams

ETA Star to invest Rs. 13,500 crore in Chennai

ETA Star plans to invest over Rs. 13,500 crore in Chennai and its surrounding areas for developing property.

The company will establish an integrated township on 1,200 acres at Sriperumbudur with an outlay of Rs. 12,000 crore and five new projects with an investment of Rs. 1,350 crore.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, P. H. M. Syed Ismail, Managing Director of the company, said Chennai and its surrounding areas were buzzing with activity. He said after its successful launch of its Bangalore properties `Binny Crescent’ and `The Garden’ had now entered Chennai.

Mr. Ismail said ETA Star had already acquired 250 acres at Sriperumbudur. The integrated township would have a built-up area of five-crore sq. ft.
